About

1-800 Contact’s subscription service needed improvement. It was my job to conduct user interviews to see where we were going wrong. After collecting data, I created information architecture, wireframes, and multiple versions of prototypes. I then conducted user testing, oversaw designs through the development and testing phase, followed A/B tests, and owned the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to delivery.
